I pretty much love every season especially the excitement they bring when they arrive!
Each one brings its own cozy feels!
Fall is no exception!
I love all the colors and all the decorating that comes with it!
I love creating these whimsical Fall Top Hats and I know you will too!
Supplies you need :
• Wide Ribbon mine measured 5”
• the round bottom of a ribbon spool or you can cut one out of cardboard
• embellishments for your hat
• hot glue
• poly filler or whatever you want to use
• Glitter Diamond Dust
• Spray sealer
Once you get your items together you are ready to create!
I got my wide ribbon which I did pick up at @hobbylobby and cut about an 8” piece long strip.
I used the bottom of the spool for my rim .
I cut out two pieces of ribbon using the circle as my pattern .
One for the top and one for the bottom.
I then glued them together sandwiching the round cardboard in between then.
I also cut a smaller circle for the top of the hat .
I glued my hat in a cone shape a little wider on top and a little narrower at the bottom.
I then filled it with a little stuffing.
It should look like this.
I took my top piece and glued it to the top of the Hat.
I then glued my hat to the rim like this.
Once the hat was made I embellished it with items I had on hand !
Be creative and decorate whichever way you like!
I made this fun wooden bead garland and tied it around the hat .
I made some book page roses and glued those on .
It’s looking so cute so far!

I added Fall leaves and Fall berries too!
Then for my last step I sprayed it with a little sealer and sprinkled some glitter!
So simple , quick but yet so beautiful!

I just love how these Whimsical Fall Too Hats came out!
They look so fun and beautiful just sitting on a shelf or chunky candle stick holder! Or on a painted mason jar!
